Wir bilden dich zum European Patent Attorney aus. Bereits während deiner Ausbildungszeit machst du umfangreiche Erfahrungen mit IP-relevanten Themen.
- Als Mitglied eines internationalen IP Teams berätst und betreust du im technischen Bereich die Technology Abteilung (R&D) in allen Fragen des gewerblichen Rechtsschutzes/Patentrechts umfassend und weitgehend eigenverantwortlich
- Darüber hinaus gestaltest du dein Patentportfolio mit zukunftsweisenden Lösungen. Du identifizierst und förderst strategisch bedeutsame Erfindungen zusammen mit unseren Entwicklern, insbesondere zu Digitalisierungstechnologien und deren technischen Anwendungen, vertrittst diese vor internen Entscheidungsgremien und entwickelst daraus einen optimalen Schutz für das Geschäft
- Anmeldeentscheidungen bereitest du auf, arbeitest qualitativ hochwertige Patentanmeldungen aus und setzt diese vor internationalen Patentämtern durch
- Du entwickelst zusammen mit deinen Kunden eine Intellectual-Property-Strategie, die du engagiert, ergebnisorientiert und termingerecht umsetzt
- Die Korrespondenz mit Auslandsanwälten und die Begleitung von Lizenzierungsaktivitäten sowie die Bewertung von Fremdschutzrechten und die Umsetzung kollisionsvermeidender Maßnahmen auf allen Märkten weltweit gehören ebenfalls zu deinem Aufgabenbereich
- Bei potentiellen Versetzungshinweisen erstellst du in Abstimmung mit unseren Verwertungsprofis Claim Charts
**Dein Profil für "Zukunft möglich machen".**
- Du hast einen Masterabschluss in Ingenieur
- oder Naturwissenschaften, einschließlich Informatik
- Zudem bringst du mindestens 1-2 Jahre technisch-naturwissenschaftliche Berufserfahrung, beispielsweise durch eine Promotion oder eine Entwicklertätigkeit, mit
- Du bist bereit eine weitere (mindestens 3-jährige) Ausbildung zum European Patent Attorney zu absolvieren
- Ebenfalls besitzt du fundierte Kenntnisse mit softwarebasierten Lösungen im technischen Umfeld, z.B. in der Digitalisierung, Automatisierung, IT-Security, Big Data, Simulation, künstlichen Intelligenz, Cloud / IoT, autonomen Systemen, etc.
- Unternehmerisches, strategisch ausgerichtetes Denken und Handeln zeichnen dich aus und du besitzt die Fähigkeit zur interkulturellen Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklern und Entscheidern verschiedener internationaler Standorte
- Sehr gute deutsche und englische Sprachkenntnisse sowie eine gute Ausdrucksfähigkeit in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab
