**PATENT AND TRADEMARK PARALEGAL**

For the Zacco office in Munich, we are looking for a Patent and Trademark Paralegal. You will be part of Zacco’s multinational Paralegal team that works with a large and diverse group of clients in Germany and abroad.

**The job**:
As a Patent and Trademark Paralegal you will work closely with our Attorneys and Paralegals as well as our Attorneys at Law to solve assignments for our clients within IPR (Intellectual Property Rights). Your team will be located in Germany, Denmark and Sweden, but your place of work will be our Munich office where you will work alongside our current German paralegal/attorney-team.

This is a hybrid position - you will work mainly on site with the option of also working from home as per individual agreement. Start date: as soon as possible.

Your tasks will be many and varied. Your daily work as a patent and trademark paralegal will include:

- German and English correspondence with clients, IP authorities and courts of law
- Legal formalities in Germany and abroad
- Client contact and client care
- Office management

**Our expectations**:

- A qualified training as a paralegal or comparable qualification with several years of professional experience in patents and trademarks
- Fluency in German and English
- Patent and Trademark Case Management System skills
- Good communication skills
- Service-minded and detail-oriented
- Multitasker with overview
