STARKE AUFGABEN
- Beratung von Erfinder:innen sowie Mitarbeitenden aus den internationalen Entwicklungsabteilungen auf dem Gebiet des Gewerblichen Rechtsschutzes
- Führen des Patenterteilungsverfahren vor dem Deutschen Patent
- und Markenamt sowie vor dem Europäischem Patentamt in Patenterteilungsverfahren
- Führen der Patenterteilungsverfahren insbesondere vor dem USPTO in Kooperation mit externen Kanzleien
- Bewertung von Fremdpatenten im Rahmen des regelmäßige Patentmonitorings sowie Freedom to Operate Analysen für Technologieprojekte
- Unterstützung bei der Analyse der patentrechtlichen Wettbewerbssituation anhand von Big Data Auswertungen
- Begleiten von Erfinder:innen von der Idee bis zur Patentanmeldung
- Unterstützung bei der Abgrenzung der Erfindung vom Stand der Technik
- Eigenständiges Erarbeiten von Patentanmeldungen
- Aufbau und Pflege wertiger Patentportfolien

BESTE VORAUSSETZUNGEN
- Abgeschlossenes technisches oder naturwissenschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung zum Patentanwalt oder European Patent Attorney wünschenswert
- Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Patentwesen (Industriepatentabteilung oder Patentanwaltskanzlei)
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
- Hohes Maß an Selbständigkeit und Eigeninitiative sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations
- und Überzeugungsfähigkeit

Diese Stelle kann hybrid, also im Wechsel zwischen mobilem Arbeiten und der Arbeit vor Ort bei der MTU ausgeführt werde
