Als **DC Services Technician** **(m/w/d)** verstärkst du unser regionales Team in Berlin, das vor Ort aktuell zwei Rechenzentrumsstandorte betreut und vor Ort unsere Kunden mit unseren Dienstleistungen im Schwerpunkt Netzwerktechnik unterstützt. Diese Position ist Teil eines internationalen Teams, ist vor Ort in Berlin tätig, unbefristet und Du berichtest an den Head DC Services.

**Was Du machen wirst**
- Betreuung der technischen und sicherheitstechnischen Anlagen im Rechenzentrum
- Erkennung und Behebung von Störungen
- Betrieb der passiven Campus-Datenverkabelung mit den dazugehörigen Meet-Me-Räumen inklusive Dokumentation
- Abnahme, Koordination und Durchführung von Installationen und Dokumentationen passiver Netzwerke (Kupfer und Glas)
- Ressourcenmanagement der Datenverkabelungsinfrastruktur
- Durchführung von Messungen an der passiven Verkabelung inklusive Dokumentation und Bedienung der notwendigen Messgeräte Layer 1-3
- Einhaltung der Incident
- und Changemanagement-Prozesse
- Durchführung aller “Hand and Eyes Services“ an den Standorten
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller SLA-Verpflichtungen im Zusammenhang mit
- “Cross Connects“ und “Hand and Eyes Services“
- Aufbau von technischen Kundeninstallationen und Konfiguration von IT-Komponenten nach Kundenvorgabe Kundenbetreuung in allen Fragen zu Services und Netzwerkdiensten

**Was wir suchen**
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Netzwerk-techniker, Systemelektroniker oder einen vergleichbaren elektrotechnischen Abschluss
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Netzwerktechnik, Telekommunikationsindustrie, Rechenzentrumsbranche oder vergleichbar
- Kenntnisse über die Basisinfrastruktur eines Rechenzentrums (Strom
- und Kälteversorgung, Sicherheitstechnik, Zutrittsüberwachung etc.) von Vorteil
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (ab B2-Niveau)
- Selbständige, zuverlässige und effiziente Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit, hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
- Bereitschaft zu Schichtarbeit und Rufbereitschaft
- Gute MS Office-Kenntnisse
- Führerschein Klasse B
- Hoher Anspruch an Genauigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
- Große Identifikation mit technischen Anlagen und Prozessen
