Technical Writer/Author (w/d/m)
**Wir haben spannende Aufgaben für Dich**:
- Konzeptionelle Verbesserung und inhaltliche Pflege von Handbüchern für unsere Lösungen
- Weiterentwicklung von Dokumentationsstandards, insbesondere im Hinblick auf die Kanäle Handbücher (Paligo) und Dokumentationsdatenbank (USU KnowledgeCenter)
- Mit der entsprechenden Einarbeitung bist Du in der Lage, eigenen Content zu produzieren
- Du hast nicht nur Spaß am geschriebenen Wort, sondern auch am Einsatz passender Medien, wie z.B. Recording
- Du bist die Qualitätssicherung (proof reading & listening/Lektorat) mit einem hohen Anspruch, nicht nur an formalen Kriterien
- Sehr enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Funktionales & Technisches Consulting, Services, Vertrieb & Marketing bei der Entwicklung der Bereitstellung praxistauglicher Dokubausteine
**Das bringst Du mit**:
- Studium oder Ausbildung mit dem Schwerpunkt Wirtschaftsinformatik, -pädagogik, technische Dokumentation oder eLearning
- Praktische Erfahrung sowie Lust auf den Ausbau und Vertiefung in den Dokumentations
- und Knowledge Management der Systeme: Paligo, USU Knowledge Center, Confluence u. a.
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Windows
- und MS Office-Umfeld
- Sehr gute Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Französisch
- und Japanisch-Kenntnisse sind willkommen
- Bereitschaft, sich sowohl funktional mit Dokumentationstechnologien und der Bereitstellung von Content zu beschäftigen und sich dabei intensiv mit dem Thema Lizenzmanagement zu befassen
- Wünschenswert ist Berufserfahrung im Bereich der technischen Dokumentation
- Reisebereitschaft
