Deine Verantwortlichkeiten Als Technical Writer (m/w/d) im Bereich Mobility hast du die einmalige Gelegenheit, deine außergewöhnlichen Fähigkeiten in der Technischen Dokumentation und im Übersetzungsmanagement mit einem modernen Verständnis von Softwareprodukten zu kombinieren. Als wichtiges Mitglied unserer Produktentwicklungsteams liegt es dir am Herzen, unsere Nutzer: Innen nicht nur effizient anzuleiten, sondern ihr Gesamterlebnis bei der Anwendung unserer Produkte zu verbessern. 

Du arbeitest mit unseren Entwicklungsteams zusammen, um Produktfeatures und technische Informationen zu verstehen und in eine klare, standardisierte und benutzerfreundliche Dokumentation zu überführen.

Du bedienst Textsorten in unterschiedlichen Quell
- und Ziel-Formaten; in deutscher und in englischer Sprache. Dazu zählen UI-Texte, HTML 5-Hilfen, Benutzerhandbücher und Anleitungen, die unseren Anwendergruppen als erste Selbsthilfe-Ressourcen dienen.

Du wendest definierte und toolgestützte Prozesse an, um Software-Oberflächen und Dokumentation in höchster Qualität und angemessen lokalisiert zu übersetzen - auch mit Dienstleistern. Dabei sicherst du Konsistenz und Genauigkeit der Terminologie mit geeigneten Werkzeugen.

Deine Fähigkeiten

Du verfügst über einen Bachelor
- oder Master-Abschluss in Technischer Kommunikation, in einem verwandten Fachgebiet oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung.

Als Technical Writer (m/w/d) mit Berufserfahrung bist du versiert im Verfassen deutscher und englischer Texte, vorzugsweise im Bereich der Software-Dokumentation. Dein Deutsch ist auf muttersprachlichem Niveau, dein Englisch sehr gut.

Mit Spaß, effizienter Arbeitsweise und ausgezeichneten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten recherchierst du komplexe technische Sachverhalte. Deine Skills ermöglichen dir, diese für die Anwender: Innen unserer Softwareprodukte maximal verständlich, standardisiert, übersetzungs
- und termingerecht zu beschreiben.

Deinen Vorstellungen von State-of-the-art-Dokumentation entspricht es, umfangreiche, Topic-orientierte Hilfesysteme in einem XML-basierten Redaktionssystem zu bearbeiten und cloudbasierte Übersetzungstools anzuwenden.

Es ist für dich selbstverständlich, Dokumentations
- und Übersetzungsprozesse aktiv weiterzuentwickeln. Den wandelnden Anforderungen an Technische Dokumentation und Übersetzungsmanagement begegnest du offen und findest als Teil unseres motivierten Teams angemessene Lösungen.
