**Your Profile**:

- Extensive track record in the development, management and motivation ofcommunity
- based,transformationaland cross-entity teams towards outstanding results and performance paired with empathy and remarkable interpersonal skills
- Deep understanding of and experience in managing all aspects of international sustainability activities, including e.g.structured planning and analyses as well as organizational training and performance management
- Strong intercultural skills and proven expertise in managing and influencing complex matrix structures and robust businesses from a change management perspective
- Mindset driven by strong conceptual skills and data-drivendecision maker;Ability to gain a deep business understanding
- Competence in partnering with relevant internal and external stakeholders on all matters related to sustainability, a track record of promoting transparency, ethics and engagement as well as in providing relevant information to employees, management teams and to the executive board
- Strong business acumen, result orientation and proactive behavior; Mindset, driven by analytical and problem-solving skills
- Transparent, direct and exceptional communication and influencing skills tailored to different levels of an organization; Fluency in English is a must

**Your Tasks**:
Developing and implementing a holistic sustainability strategy for DB Schenker in close
- alignment with the DB Schenker CEO and within the scope of DB Schenker strategy and
- goals
- Monitoring the Climate Protection Target according to the Internal Control System (ICS)
- set up together with DB Group
- Providing input on relevant DBS sustainability KPI target achievement and measures to
- the DB Annual and Semi-annual Integrated Report together with other relevant stake
- holders (e.g. Global HSSE, Global Sustainability Program Management etc.)
- Analysing and co-developing the IT landscape together with respective IT units, the DB
- Group Sustainability and Environment Department and other relevant stakeholders (e.g.
- Global HSSE) to enable and ensure group-wide consistent emissions reporting
- Analyzing, anticipating and Consulting on sustainability trends and implications and bring
- in ideas, Impulses and Solutions relevant to DB Schenker and its customers
- Leading cross-functional expert teams from Internal Business Units and Functions to de
- velop and implement innovative sustainability programs, products and processes based
- on comprehensive, quantitative and actionable plans
- Providing knowledge management in the areas of sustainability management
- Ensuring organizational alignment, focus and execution of DB Schenker sustainability
- strategy
- Managing sustainability from a program portfolio standpoint by providing transparency
- and ensuring alignment across the three key focus areas: Clean Logistics, Thriving
- Communities and Shared Value
- Executing existing and future sustainability programs and effectively communicate to
- key decision makers and cross-functional expert teams
- Defining, further refining and implementing tangible and aligned KPl’s and ensuring
- consistent reporting across the entire Organization
- Developing and implementing relevant SOP’s, processes and tools and assuring
- quality, completeness and accuracy of data
- Raising awareness, knowledge and engagement and establishing a culture and brand of
- sustainability leadership across the network
- Establishing the narrative for DB Schenker’s sustainability strategy and activities in
- ternally and externally
- Developing and executing measures to Position DB Schenker as a leading brand in
- sustainability
- Driving internal awareness and building knowledge regarding sustainability by further
- developing and engaging internal communities and platforms for exchange
- Proactively developing external relationships and networks with relevancy to DB
- Schenker’s sustainability strategy
- Acting as a resource across an Organization to increase cohesion and sharing of best
- practices in the area of sustainability
