**Your mission**:
You will play a crucial role in shaping the future of Data Analytics and actively contribute to the success of UGG as zero touch and data driven company. In this challenging function, you will be leading the Data Analytics Team with the mission to help our business units to identify and develop strategic data-driven use case opportunities. Within your team you will help to support, develop, and implement the desired state of predictive and prescriptive analysis in relevant easy-to-use front ends or dashboards. You will help the stakeholders with technical questions as well as with the implementation of their requirements in concrete specifications for the data solutions taking consideration of the data quality. As a Head of Data Analytics at the UGG you will have the challenge to lead your employees, create a new product and innovate processes to ensure system stability.
- Lead the Business Data Analytics team, which create a comprehensive data-enabled experience and data driven business for UGG through ingenious data transformations and solid analyses combined with vivid data visualizations.
- Continuous identification of talent to further grow the team as well as develop existing team members.
- Oversee all aspects of analytics and business intelligence projects.
- You will use advanced data modeling, predictive modeling, and analytical techniques to interpret key insights from enterprise data and translate those insights into initiatives that support business outcomes.
- You will collaborate with leaders across the business to support and implement high-value, data-driven decisions.
- Supporting our business segments with specific evaluations as well as analyzing and preparing data, data sources and interfaces of different (structured and unstructured) formats.
- Identify potential solution scenarios, systems and data sources to support prototype and product realization, as well as conflicts between business and IT requirements and identify solution options.
- Recognizing and managing risks within projects.
- You support business partners on their way to the goal, take their wishes and convert them into suitable products.
- You help establish a data-driven culture at UGG.
**Your profile**:
- University Degree with an analytical focus (e.g. business informatics, computer science or mathematics), paired with a passion for data and its visualization.
- German native speaker, English proficient. Spanish is a plus.
- Experimented knowledge on telecom industry.
- Experience in team management and Consulting and Project Management is an advantage.
- Experience in an analytical field (e.g. business intelligence, data science, marketing analytics)
- Expertise in Cloud technologies like Microsoft Azure, spark-based data transformation (pySpark/ Databricks) and database systems (SQL and No-SQL).
- Expertise in Python, R and autoML is a plus.
- Experience in stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills, especially in projects
- Basic understanding of machine learning models such as regression, clustering, classification, neural networks, prediction etc. preferred.
- Customer-oriented, open-minded, and self-reliant way of working, analytical, and proactive mindset with an eye for detail, as well as creative thinking and problem-solving skills and excellent communication and presentation skills.
