**HVAC Europe Business Field Operations Specialist**

The major tasks, duties, and responsibilities of the role includes:

- Develop and implement policies for maximizing operational efficiency and profitability
- Monitor operational metrics, KPIS and develop action plans for improving company profits that contribute to sustained improvement in execution and customer delivery
- Assist in the preparation, allocation and management of operations budget to ensure target achievement
- Manage new proposals and technology to enhance business productivity. (SFDC/ SMAXX/SAP)
- Collaborate with Regional business leads to integrate new or existing services
- Liaise with the finance team on selected business case to ensure return on the investments
- Ensure company operations are completed in a timely and effective manner.
- Design policies that align with overall Global Service strategy
- Oversee Implementation of efficient processes and standards in Countries
- Collect Country based feedbacks for Dashboards and Reports
- Drive data collection and follow up on timelines with Countries
- Finalise and support HVAC Leadership Management in research and analysis of operational issues.
- Prepare forecast files and internal communications
- Assist in special projects to support key business initiatives
- Support daily reports from SAP/ SFDC and Service Max.

**Requirements**:

- 3-4 Years of experience in similar positions
- Excellent SAP and field mobility tools skills
- Knowledge of Power Bi (or similar system) and Microsoft tools
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and research skills
- English level B2/ C1
- Analytical skills and thinking
- Must be a quick learner and have a desire to gain knowledge
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to organise, direct, and coordinate projects and meetings
- Capable of handling multiple demands, competing priorities and tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently after receiving initial guidance
