TEAMLEAD CUSTOMER SERVICE (w/m/d)

Aufgabengebiet
- ** Fach
- und Führungsverantwortung für das deutsche CS-Team (aktuell 6 MA)**:

- Unterstützung der Customer Service Managerin im Tagesgeschäft
- Betreuung der Bestandskunden mit Schwerpunkt Key Account
- Auftragsabwicklung und Sicherstellung der termingerechten Lieferung
- Einhaltung von kundenspezifischen Anlieferbedingungen (termingerechte Avisierungen & VAS Vorschriften, etc.)
- Intensive Zusammenarbeit mit Sales, Logistics, Finance & Marketing
- Erstellung von regelmäßigen Reports und Statistiken
- Orderbuch-Management

Anforderungsprofil
- Betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Mindestens 3 - 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst
- Erste Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitern
- Begeisterung für Sport und Schuhe
- Erfahrungen im Bereich der Key Account Betreuung
- Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse - insbesondere Excel
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
- Selbständige, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Einsatzbereitschaft, Flexibilität, Teamfähigkeit
