**Wir suchen Dich**:
Als **Director** of Communications** **(m/w/d) zur Führung unserer Kommunikations-, Presse
- und Marketingabteilung in Karlsruhe, unbefristet und in **Vollzeit**.
**Das erwartet Dich bei uns**:
- Du übernimmst die strategische Führung der Kommunikationsabteilung, um die verschiedensten Zielgruppen aus Politik, Gesellschaft und Börse wie auch Vorstandsmitglieder medial zu adressieren.
- Du kümmerst dich um die Entwicklung der Kommunikations
- und Marketingstrategie des Unternehmens.
- Zusammen mit deinem Team arbeitest du kontinuierlich an der Marke Vulcan und trägst diese in die Öffentlichkeit hinaus.
- Du gibst die Richtung in der Unternehmenskommunikation vor und erarbeitest zusammen mit deinem Team Maßnahmen im Bereich der Öffentlichkeitsarbeit und des Marketings.
- Du übernimmst Personalverantwortung für ein Team von bis zu 20 Mitarbeiter und erarbeitest Strukturen und Leitbildern zur Orientierung der Mitarbeiter
- Dabei befähigst und unterstützt du deine Fachkräfte, ihre Aufgaben effizient und zielgerichtet zu erledigen.
**Das solltest Du mitbringen**:
- Durch deine jahrelange Erfahrung im Bereich der Unternehmenskommunikation oder im Marketing bringst du viel Belastbarkeit und Autorität mit, um als Teil des Vulcan Managements die Strategie des Unternehmens mitzugestalten.
- Du bringst eine Menge Erfahrung in der Leitung einer Kommunikationsabteilung von mindestens 10 Personen mit.
- Du stehst für einen modernen Führungsstil, der auf Vertrauen, Offenheit und Empathie setzt.
- Du bringst Fähigkeiten als Mentor/Coach mit, um deine Mitarbeiter zu unterstützen ihr Potenzial zu entfalten.
- Dich zeichnen Struktur, Verlässlichkeit und Klarheit im Auftreten und in deinen Aktionen aus, sodass sich dein Team zuverlässig an dir orientieren kann.
