Our cleint is seeking a skilled and experienced Marketing Coach to conduct workshops tailored specifically for Arabic-speaking individuals who are looking to start their own small businesses or pursue freelance work in Berlin.
As a Marketing Coach, your role will be to educate and guide participants on various marketing strategies, enabling them to effectively promote their businesses and achieve their goals.
**Responsibilities**:
- Create and deliver a workshop curriculum that caters to the needs of Arabic-speaking participants from diverse backgrounds such as import & export, event management, retail, tailoring and other traditional businesses.
- Conduct engaging workshops on marketing strategies, providing practical examples to explain concepts effectively.
- Identify suitable marketing channels for each participant and tactics for their specific businesses
**Qualifications**:
- Fluent in both Arabic and German, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in marketing, preferably with a focus on small businesses or freelancers.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics across traditional and digital platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to connect with participants from diverse backgrounds.
- Flexible availability to conduct workshops on a freelance basis, approximately one week every two months.
