**Key Responsibilities**:

- Shareholder: Developing a holistic approach to small business acquisition and account sales as well as early engagement and retention of our consumer and small business customers with the key focus of maximizing customer lifetime value
- Shareholder: Profitably growing and expanding the small business customer base
- Customer: Attracting profitable and loyal small business customers
- Customer: Onboarding new consumer and small business customers effectively and efficiently in Germany
- Customer: Partnering with the local Product, Marketing and Servicing teams as well as global teams to provide the world’s best customer experience every day to drive retention
- Employee: Attracting and retaining top talent as well as developing all colleagues to their maximum leadership potential
- Employee: Be known as an ambassador for talent management
- Regulatory: Ensure regulatory Compliance
- Supporting the local ICS Leadership on other strategic projects needed to drive growth across Germany

**Required skills**:

- 5+ years of marketing experience
- University degree with preferred focus on marketing
- Experience with digital acquisition channels
- Experience with managing third party agencies
- Good understanding of the small business segment is a plus
- Innovative thinker with strong problem solving, analytical and decision making skills
- Ability to build and execute strategies with strong track record of effectively driving results
- Analytical and quantitative skills, ability to synthesize a vast and diverse amount of information into actionable customer insights and recommendations to design and execute winning strategies
- Awareness of external, local market trends and competitive landscape
- Excellent project management skills
- Experienced leader and risk-taker, who can inspire, challenge, and collaborate with a range of stakeholders, and drive a customer led agenda forward
- Demonstrated capability to lead, coach, develop, and inspire a diverse and high performing team
- Strong managerial and interpersonal skills
- Excellent oral and written communication & presentation skills in both English & German
