We are seeking a passionate People & Culture Business and Recruitment Partner to join our organisation.

You will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring the right individuals being responsible for recruitment within Retail. Your role will also be responsible for onboarding, training and culture and performance management.

As the People & Culture Business and Recruitment Partner you will take on the important task of not only finding, screening and recruiting new talent, but also developing and executing the implementation of recruitment strategies and initiatives within Retail.

Onboarding new employees and training Retail staff will also be a part of your tasks as well as driving culture and performance management to support organisational strategies.

You will be a part of our motivated People & Culture team. You will be reporting to our Head of People & Culture in Denmark but working closely with a People & Culture colleague in Germany as well as our German Retail team.

Tasks
- Collaborate with Retail Managers and Shop Managers to understand their staffing needs, job requirements and long-team workforce planning.
- Create compelling job descriptions and post them on our recruitment platform as well as social media platforms and local job sites.
- Develop and execute our Retail recruitment strategy.
- Develop and execute the onboarding program for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organisation.
- Train Retail employees to ensure motivated employees.
- Handle Retail compliance cases.
- Drive culture and performance management together with our P&C team.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related recruitment field.
- Experience as a Recruitment Manager with focus on the Retail Channel
- Familiarity with Retail industry trends, job roles, skill requirements and recruiting platforms.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques.
- Experience with onboarding and training program.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German.
- Good verbal and written communications skills in English.
- Understanding of legal and compliance aspects related to recruitment in Germany.
- Preferably someone located in or around the Berlin area.
