**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Verantwortung für den Konzernabschluss und danach fortlaufende Konsolidierung von Monats-, Quartals
- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB und IFRS (Einzelabschluss) sowie von Lageberichten und der Kostenstellenbezogenen Segmentberichterstattung
- Digitalisierung und Vereinheitlichung der Prozesse im Finanz
- und Rechnungswesen und der Schnittstellen zu anderen Fachbereichen bei der ganzheitlichen Optimierung von End-to-End-Prozessen
- Weiterentwicklung des konzernweiten Fast-Close-Prozesses
- Fortlaufende Post-Merger-Integration von Finanzstrukturen und Mitarbeitern im Rechnungswesen
- Ausbau des konzernweiten Risikomanagements nach IDW PS 340 und eines internen Kontrollsystems sowie stetige Weiterentwicklung einer monatlichen internen Finanzberichterstattung
- Risiko
- / Projekt-Controlling zur Auswertung von zeitraumbezogenen Bauprojekten im Rahmen des Projektierungs
- und Installationsgeschäfts
- Ansprechpartner für Ansatz-, Bewertungs
- und Ausweisfragen sowie für Wirtschaftsprüfer, Steuerberater, Rechtsanwälte und externe Dienstleister
- In direkter Berichtslinie zum CFO

**Ihr Profil**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Steuern / Rechnungswesen
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Führungskraft, idealerweise in ähnlicher Position im Corporate Accounting
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Bilanzierung nach HGB & IFRS und buchhalterischen Prozessen
- Unternehmerisches sowie lösungsorientiertes Handeln mit analytischer Denkweise und schneller Auffassungsgabe
- Zuverlässigkeit und Gewissenhaftigkeit in besonderem Maße
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
