**Business Development Specialist - Consumer Lines Deutschland/Österreich (m/w/d)**

Ihre Aufgaben:
Wir suchen einen enthusiastischen, motivierten und proaktiven Business Development Specialist (m/w/d), der/die gemeinsam mit dem Team zu unserem Erfolg beiträgt.

Dies inkludiert:

- Entwicklung neuer (digitaler) Vertriebsstrategien/-modelle zur Akquisition potenzieller Partner
- Verantwortlich für die operative (Weiter-) Entwicklung neuer und bestehender Geschäftsprozesse mit Fokus auf Digitalisierung von Prozessen
- Aufbau und Pflege von belastbaren Beziehungen zu businessrelevanten Entscheidungsträgern
- Kontinuierliche Analyse von aktuellen Markttrends, als Grundlage für ein detailliertes Verständnis von Branchentrends, Kundenbedürfnissen, Wettbewerbsangeboten und die Dynamik des Marktes
- Basierend darauf die Identifikation neuer Branchen und Partner zur kontinuierlichen Erweiterung der Pipeline für Consumer Lines
- Erstellen von kundenspezifischen Angeboten, unter Berücksichtigung der internen Vorgaben, in Abstimmung mit den relevanten Fachabteilungen in einer Matrix-Organisation
- Erstellung von Businessplänen/Genehmigungsvorlagen und laufende Pflege von Management Tools
- Ausbau der bestehenden Kundenbeziehungen
