**Deine Aufgaben**
- Du übernimmst die strategische und operative sowie ergebnisverantwortliche Leitung und Führung des Teams Global Finance Excellence StP (Source to Pay)
- Du bist globaler Ansprechpartner für den StP Process der Döhler Gruppe und Business Partner für das Top-Management, Sourcing, als auch regionale Finanzverantwortliche
- Die Verbesserung, Optimierung und Harmonisierung der Prozesse und Instrumente in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Einkauf sowie der IT Abteilung wird von dir erfolgreich vorangetrieben
- Monats
- und Jahresabschlüsse für die im Shared Service Center bedienten Unternehmen werden von dir erstellt
- Gemeinsam mit dem Team setzt du die digitale Finanzstrategie um
- Du bist für die Richtlinienkompetenz für kreditorischen Buchungsentscheidungen verantwortlich und Ansprechpartner*in für Behörden und Wirtschaftsprüfer

**Dein Profil**
- Du hast dein finanz
- oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder alternativ eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, geprüfte*r Bilanzbuchhalter*in IHK oder vergleichbare Zusatzqualifikation erfolgreich abgeschlossen
- Du bringst mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung im Finanz
- und Rechnungswesen
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP (FI/CO /MM, SAP Concur), idealerweise auch Process Mining (Celonis), sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in MS Office sind für dich selbstverständlich
- In der Vergangenheit hast du bereits mehrfach und erfolgreich Prozesse optimiert und Projekte gesteuert
- Du bist erfahren in der Teamführung und bringst eine ausgezeichnete Hands-on Mentalität mit
- Du verstehst dich im Team als Enabler und Coach
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie eine selbstständige, strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise runden dein Profil ab
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und analytisches Denken
- Deine Arbeitssprachen sind Deutsch
- und Englisch
