"Digital First" is one of our most important business objectives and a key driver of our operational and financial performance. Under the umbrella of Döher Digital Solutions (DDS), our global IT team at the main sites in Darmstadt (Germany), Pune (India) and Istanbul (Turkey) is woking together with our business functions on digital solutions to make Döhler the digital leader in Plant Based Nutrition.

Using the lastest SAP technologies, you will advise internal units on how best to map innovative global processes in Production and Engineering.

Your Responsibilities

  • Using the latest SAP technologies (S/4 HANA, BTP, Fiori, ...), you will advise internal units on the best possible mapping of global financial processes
  • With your IT expertise you design global processes
  • You drive co-innovation projects with SAP
  • You are responsible for programming requirements and SAP customizing in the finance area
  • You enjoy helping to shape and implement IT strategy and architecture
  • With your expertise you identify IT trends, evaluate them and bring them into the digitalization roadmap
  • You understand how to lead international projects and thus drive the development of the global Döhler IT structure forward
  • You are responsible for the documentation of all relevant processes and systems and ensure efficient support
  • You lead our SAP finance team and develop it further

Your Profile

  • You are very familiar with the SAP finance and controlling modules
  • You can look back on many years of experience in a managerial position, ideally in a globally active, manufacturing industrial company
  • You have successfully completed your studies in (business) informatics or comparable
  • You have successfully implemented SAP Finance projects in the past and can support your team in customizing/debugging if required
  • You are very familiar with the financial environment in an international context and have experience in project management
  • You quickly understand complex issues and have a deep understanding of processes
  • You see yourself as a communicative team player with assertiveness
  • You enjoy working analytically and conceptually
  • You know how to convince and show solutions, in German or English
