**Job Highlights**:

- Responsible for Business Unit Rhein Chemie sales in North West Europe
- Develop sales strategies aligned with company’s objectives to meet revenue targets
- Lead and manage an experienced sales team providing guidance and fostering collaboration with internal departments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Support the team in further developing existing projects as well as identifying new opportunities in the North West European region
- Recruit, train and mentor sales professionals to ensure peak performance
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to adjust the sales strategy accordingly and to report relevant market information to the organization
- Travel as needed to meet with key customers, attend industry events and support business development in the sub-region

**Requirements**:

- Successfully completed technical or scientific studies, preferably in the rubber industry or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in sales in the chemical industry, ideally in the rubber sector
- Leadership skills with proven track record of successfully driving sales growth, achieving targets and expanding market share
- Proven track record in managing Global Key Accounts
- Strong teamwork and communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience in negotiating global, complex and multi-year agreements
- Strategic thinker to develop and implement sales strategies adapted to Key Accounts and the sub-region needs
- A good understanding of the Rubber industry including knowledge of products, manufacturing processes, market trends, regulatory requirements and competitor landscape is an advantage
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally up to 40% of the time
- Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
