**Job Summary/Purpose**:

- Reporting to the Global Head of Omnichannel platforms in the Sandoz Customer Engagement Team, the Global Operations Lead, Omnichannel Platforms, will work closely with colleagues across all Regions and Countries to lead and manage a range of business change and digital online Commercial Strategy adoption activities affecting both the efficient running of the organization and the delivery of key strategic objectives. This includes all related activities that refer to the customer service that support online commercial activities as well as the roll out and maintenance of new products.**Your Key Responsibilities**
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

- The main responsibility is to ensure that the process of bringing and employing new technologies and marketing strategies is a smooth and successful one as well as coordinate end to end implementation strategy.- Own implementation and adoption of online technologies and marketing strategies with regional and local teams.
- Delivery of project roll-out safely, on budget and to schedule.
- Plan, execute and track the progress of projects through the design phases from inception to handover
- Create training and adoption programs to increase engagement and adoption of the global online initiatives.
- Own customer technical support and content implementation services.
- Transparently communicate project issues to the team and other stakeholders as applicable, and follow-up with the right skill sets to put best solutions in place on time and within budget
- Provide the correct feedback and inputs to the Online Product Board to improve the product vision and help prioritization.
- Ensure adherence to the client’s quality and engineering standards
- Monitor compliance to applicable practices policies, and specifications
- Manage and perform overall proactive quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance etc.)

**Minimum Requirements**:
**What you’ll bring to the role**:

- 8+ years' experience in a similar role in digital agencies, or with (large) Pharmaceutical/BioPharma/Life Sciences Projects.
- Extensive proven experience with Drupal content management, migration and implementation strategies.
- Proven experience in Global Roles in multinational companies
- Proven experience in digital transformation projects and change management.
- Proficiency with workflow collaboration tools such as: Jira, Confluence, BaseCamp, Asana, Smart Sheets, or others that have the same functionality will be considered
- English proficiency, other languages are a plus.
- Agile certifications are a plus.
- Customer service oriented.
- Effective communicator on all levels of the organizations involved
- Willingness to travel.
