Head of Commercial (all gender) für die Marke Hapag-Lloyd Cruises
WAS DICH ERWARTET
Du bist verantwortlich für den Aufbau dieses neuen, strategischen Teams innerhalb von Hapag-Lloyd Cruises
Auch die strategische Analyse und Steuerung der kaufmännischen Parameter (insb. Rate, Auslastung, Onboard-Revenue, Kostenstrukturen etc.) der Marke Hapag-Lloyd Cruises und Weiterentwicklung dieser, in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Produkt liegt in deinem Aufgabenbereich
Du bist verantwortlich für die strategische Auslastungssteuerung (Yield) der Hapag-Lloyd Cruises-Flotte und Abstimmung mit den Produktverantwortlichen
Entwicklung von übergreifenden, aber auch reise-, schiffs-, und/oder fahrtgebietsindividuellen Pricing-Strategien liegt in deiner Hand
Du bist AnsprechpartnerIn für die reiseübergreifende kommerzielle Maßnahmenplanung in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Bereich Strategisches Marketing, Sales und Produktmanagement
Kommerzielle Bewertung von neuen Blockouts
Du entwickelst neue Geschäfts
- und Revenue-Felder
Die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der internen und externen Reporting-Tools (Digitalisierung) behältst du dabei im Blick
Die inhaltliche Vorbereitung, Bearbeitung, Präsentation aller relevanten Commercial Themen mit Schnittstellenfunktion zu den jeweiligen Bereichen sowie der Geschäftsführung und Shareholdern gehört zu deinen Aufgaben
Berichtslinie an den Director Luxury Cruises / Geschäftsführung

Abgeschlossenes Studium betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkten Absatzwirtschaft und Marketing
Langjährige berufliche Erfahrungen im Produktmanagement (idealerweise Bereich Kreuzfahrten)
Ausgezeichnetes analytisches und betriebswirtschaftlichen Denken und Handeln
Hohe soziale Kompetenz und hohes emphatisches Auftreten
Sehr strukturierte, selbstständige, effiziente und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
Sichere Verhandlungsfähigkeit mit diplomatischem Durchsetzungsvermögen
Hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung, Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Ausdrucksvermögen
