**A Snapshot of Your Day**

Siemens Energy is looking for an experienced and creative Employer Branding Specialist to join our Brand Engagement team. You will be responsible for the full strategy, project management, and implementation of employer brand campaigns to raise external brand awareness amongst job seekers. In addition, you will work with the Employee Engagement team to develop and implement strategic programs to encourage employee engagement and brand loyalty among existing employees. You will be an integral part of the Siemens Energy Brand Engagement team, contributing to building the Siemens Energy brand, and working closely with our Human Resources department and various members of the Communications team.

**How You’ll Make an Impact**
- Work within our existing communications platforms to develop and implement a global employer brand identity that showcases Siemens Energy’s unique character, values, and culture
- Translate our employer value proposition into powerful and creative campaigns to engage existing employees and intrigue potential ones
- Work together with the HR Talent Attraction team to drive the local employer brand in priority recruiting markets and target audiences
- Design, build and execute a portfolio of employee engagement and recruitment content (videos, ads, etc.) to bring our employer brand to life via various channels
- Develop creative ways to draw prospective employees to the company's website and identify new recruitment opportunities through social media
- Establish, maintain, and instill a consistent corporate branding presence using the Corporate Branding Guidelines
- Measure, analyze, and report on key performance metrics

**What You Bring**
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Advertising, Marketing, Human Resources or other relevant field
- 5+ years of marketing, branding, employer branding, recruiting or other relevant experience, creating strategy and hands-on execution of a range of communications campaigns including content creation, creative, and branding
- Passionate and detail oriented, with ability to incorporate corporate goals and messaging in campaigns
- Ability to lead and execute projects with multiple stakeholders independently
- Creative thinker with great communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in both German and English
- Experience in employer branding roles is a significant advantage
