**Hauptsächliche Aufgaben**
Druckdosen:
- Eingabe, Kontrolle und Nachverfolgung von Bestellungen
- Bearbeitung von Anfragen inkl. Produktberatung, Anfragen und Erstellen von Spezialgasmischungen in dem Programm Mixmaster und Neukundenanlage
- Export, Weiterleitung von Anfragen an die Zollabteilung und Nachverfolgung
- Aufnahme, Entscheidung und Bearbeitung von Retouren
- Aufnahme sowie administrative und kommerzielle Bearbeitung von Reklamationen inkl. Erstellung von Gutschriften und Lastschriften, englische Kommunikation mit ausländischen Abteilungen
Kundenservice:
- Betreuung bestimmter Kundengruppen über Angebot, Vertragszusendung, Neukundenanlage, Kündigung, sowie Aufnahme und Lösungsfindung von administrativen und kommerziellen Reklamationen mit festgelegten Preislisten
- Allgemeine administrative Unterstützung des Vertriebsteams
- Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und Retouren
- Anlage und Pflege von Kundendaten
- Serviceorientierte und kommerzielle Kundenbetreuung
- Erfassung manueller Berechnungen
- Erstellung von Inventurformularen und Auswertungen der Inventuren und Bestandskorrektur
- Prüfung und Korrektur von Neukundenanlagen
- Rücksendung und Digitalisierung von Verträgen
- Pflege von Lieferantenportalen und Kundenkatalogen
- Sprechstundenbedarf
**Erwartetes Profil**
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
- Gute EDV-Kenntnisse in MS Office, SAP R/3
- Organisationsgeschick, Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Serviceorientierung
- Gute Problemlösekompetenz, Fähigkeit zum aktiven Zuhören
- Gute Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift in deutscher und englischer Sprache
- Flexibilität, Teamfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit
