Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Kitchen Sales Specialist to join our team at OBI Markt Hattingen bei Bochum. As a Kitchen Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for visualizing customer wishes using our modern 3D planning tools, guiding customers through the entire kitchen planning process, and coordinating the delivery and installation of kitchen projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Visualize customer wishes using our modern 3D planning tools
  • Guide customers through the entire kitchen planning process, from needs analysis to offer creation and coordination of delivery and installation of kitchen projects
  • Perform order processing, invoice control, and other administrative tasks
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers to bring their kitchen dreams to life
  • Collaborate with skilled craftsmen to ensure seamless project execution
Requirements
  • Completed apprenticeship or degree in a relevant field (e.g., carpentry, technical drawing, or a related field)
  • First-hand experience in the kitchen industry
  • Strong understanding of current kitchen trends and creativity in bringing customer wishes to life
  • Proficiency in using modern presentation and planning tools, as well as Microsoft Office applications
