**Please note that this is a fixed-term contract.**

**Your Role Accountabilities**
- Responsibility for material procurement and delivering program materials for linear and non-linear usage and program sales.
- Planning, coordination and control of orders and technical processes within the Content Supply Chain.
- Supporting, updating and maintenance of essential information and metadata in Content Management Systems and databases.
- Ensuring the broadcast with regard to technical specifications while meeting the timelines given by program and broadcast planners.
- Close cooperation and communication with internal departments and external service providers.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- At least 3 years of working experience in Digital Media / TV Post production, (digital) Media Management or similar fields.
- Basic knowledge of common digital media and TV video, audio and file transfer standards as well as associated tools.
- Sufficient experience with Content Management Systems and databases.
- Very good knowledge about office software like Google Suite and MS Office.
- Proactive, foresighted and accurate way of working.
- Very good communication
- and team skills.
- Good written and spoken English.
