Mission:

As the Retail Operations Manager (m/f/d) for IWC Schaffhausen, your mission is to enhance the brand's presence and performance in the retail market by overseeing and optimizing all aspects of store operations. You will ensure that each boutique reflects the prestigious image of IWC Schaffhausen, delivering an exceptional and consistent customer experience. Your role involves managing staff performance, inventory control, sales strategies, and operational efficiencies to achieve sales targets and operational excellence. You will foster a motivated, knowledgeable, and customer-centric team while maintaining the highest standards of luxury retail. Your leadership will drive the success of IWC Schaffhausen's retail operations, contributing to the brand's growth and reputation in the luxury watch market.

Boutique Operation

  • Support for the Retail Operations department
  • Communication interface for all boutiques, head offices and internal departments
  • Creation and preparation of presentations, minutes, (statistics and reports)
  • Preparation, organisation and follow-up of meetings as well as internal and external events
  • Regular monitoring of the budget and complete processing of internal departmental orders
  • Cross-departmental cooperation in the preparation, organisation and implementation of special promotions and boutique openings
  • Cross-cooperation with external agency and monitoring their performance
  • Independent handling of all German and English correspondence
  • Assistance to the Head of Retail Development
  • Organisation of new store openings
  • Monitoring of travel bookings and control of T&E

Profile

  • Proven experience as a Retail Operations Manager or in a similar managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and customer service principles.
  • Excellent organizational abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of inventory management, supply chain, and logistics.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.
  • Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.
  • Aesthetic eye as well as experience in visual merchandising and perfect staging at the POS.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Proactive and results-driven with a focus on continuous improvement.
