**IHRE AUFGABEN**:

- Sicherstellung der Leistung des Transportmanagements und die Kontrolle der Verbesserung
- Implementierung und Kontrolle von KPIs (Leistung, Kosten, Qualität)
- Gewährleistung der Anwendung von Airbus Transportlösungen, -Prozessen, -Regeln und -Richtlinien
bei Transportaktivitäten
- Beheben von Problemen mit einem schnellen und einfachen Alarm
- / Eskalationsprozess lokale,
nicht störende und kurzfristige Verbesserungsinitiativen vorschlagen und vorantreiben
- Erfahrungen und Praktiken über das Netzwerk der Transport Service Manager austauschen
- Sicherstellung der Transport Optimierungsprojekte
- Sichern der Lieferung gemäß den Vorgaben (Verzug, Kosten, Vertrag)
- Bewertung Transportauswirkungen bei kurz
- und mittelfristigen Planungsänderungen /- anpassungen,
Verantwortlich für die Definition von Transportstrategien

Verwalten der Einhaltung der Transportanbieterverträge:

- Gewährleistung einer ordnungsgemäßen Vertragsanwendung durch den Anbieter / Airbus
- Einhaltung des Budgets und Einsparungen
- Erstellen, Hinterfragen, Validieren von Änderungsanforderungen, Ad-hoc-Serviceanforderungen
und Ansprüchen
- Festlegung und Umsetzung der finanziellen Optimierung des Verkehrssystems in Übereinstimmung
mit den Kostenzielen
- Sicherzustellung der Transportkapazität und -fähigkeit für das Asset
- Management
- Durchführung technische Verhandlungen in Bezug auf Stückpreis, Volumen und Prognosen
- Sicherstellen, dass die Transportvorgänge innerhalb der Airbus-Prozesse und -Anforderungen aufeinander
abgestimmt sind, um eine Transportleistung sicherzustellen
- Implementierung und Überwachung von Dienstleistungsvereinbarung (SLAs) mit allen Beteiligten
- Beaufsichtigung und Leitung der Transportunternehmen mit allen Beteiligten (3PL, externe Unternehmen,
AI-Abteilung)
- Gewährleistung des Risikomanagement mit internen Beteiligten und Transportanbietern, führen Sie
Ursachenanalysen durch und verwalten Sie Minderungspläne
- Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorschriften und Sicherheitsbestimmungen
- Verantwortung für alle Themen im Zusammenhang mit Lufttüchtigkeitsbehörden, Qualität, Umwelt,
Gesundheit und Sicherheit sowie gefährlichen Gütern in Bezug auf die Ausführung des Transportgeschäfts

**IHR PROFIL**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium - Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieur, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Logistik (mind. Bachelor)
- Mind. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Logistik, Projekt-/ Vertragsmanagement
- Erfahrung aus dem Transportmanagement
- Detaillierte MS-Office-Kenntnisse, vor allem MS-Outlook, Power Point)
- Verhandlungssichere Englisch
- und versierte Deutschkenntnisse
- Ein proaktives und vorausschauendes Handeln
- Eine zuverlässige, umsichtige und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
