Lean Project Support for Finance

A Lean Project Support is needed to join our Finance and Accounting team. In this position you will have the opportunity to own, lead and be a part of a variety of projects related to the operational needs and strategy of all our subsidiaries related to finance processes.

Your Role
- Together with the Lean Team, to drive process excellence through continuous improvement by working and partnering with the business and shared services to identify improvement areas with a clear focus on standardization, digitalization and automation in finance and accounting globally
- Launch, lead and own projects locally and globally to ensure objectives are achieved within scope, time, quality, and budget constraints
- Build relationships and encourage strong project communication and collaboration, including with cross functional team members

Example of projects you could be involved in:

- E-invoicing and automatic AP postings
- Miscellaneous (finance process digitalization)
- SAP S/4Hana support (Migration SAP SCC to SAP S/4Hanna)

Your expected experience
- SAP knowledge in general (SD, MM, or FI - all are welcome, SAP S4/Hana is a plus)
- Project Cross Function Experience - Participation in Cross Functional Projects is a plus
- Been acquaintance with numbers and figures (accounting experience is a plus but not mandatory) - the projects will be running within the Accounting Shared Services Europe and globally
- Quick comprehension and good analytical skills
- Fluent in English (German and others are a plus)
- You have very good communication skills
