Roles & Responsibilities:
- Making calls with delivery team.
- Must have stock management, asset management, windows knowledge.
- Professional interaction with Daimler employees to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Perform basic device setup and initial troubleshooting as needed.
- Resolve or escalate delivery issues or customer complaints
- Adhere to company policies, procedures and standards for ethics and integrity.
- Coordination with headquarters for regular updates and reporting.
- Knowledge of German. Knowledge of English is an advantage.
- Proven experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage stressful situations and remain calm and professional.
- Basic understanding of tech devices such as iPhones and laptops and ability to perform basic setup and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
