Für unser Team suchen wir eine Elternzeitvertretung als

SACHBEARBEITER IM BEREICH CUSTOMER SERVICE/LOGISTIK - BEFRISTET FÜR 2 JAHRE (M/W/D)

IHRE AUFGABEN
- Selbstständige Abwicklung und termingerechte Koordination von internationalen Aufträgen (Drittland), per Landverkehr, See
- und Luftfracht
- Erstellung der Exportdokumentation unter Einhaltung der gesetzlichen Richtlinien (Zoll, Außenwirtschaft, Präferenzrecht, Exportkontrolle, etc.)
- Kommunikation mit Zoll, IHK und ggf. weiteren Behörden
- Lieferterminüberwachung in Zusammenarbeit mit der Produktions
- und Materialplanung sowie Logistikdienstleistern
- Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit Vertrieb sowie Angebotserstellung
- Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von Dokumenteninkassi (L/C, D/P, D/A etc.)

IHR PROFIL
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung idealerweise Industrie-/Speditionskaufmann m/w/d
- Berufserfahrung in der Auftragsbearbeitung, idealerweise in produzierenden Unternehmen
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Zoll
- und Außenwirtschaftsrecht
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office und ggf. SAP sowie gute Englisch
- Selbstständiges und zielorientiertes Arbeiten mit kundenorientiertem Denken und Handeln
