We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Engineer to join our team at Ochs GmbH, a reputable family-owned company specializing in timber construction. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing the stability of residential, commercial, and industrial buildings, as well as developing construction proposals to ensure usability and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough analyses of building structures to ensure stability and safety
- Develop and implement construction proposals that meet or exceed industry standards
- Collaborate with architects, engineering firms, and developers with in-house construction departments to ensure seamless project execution
- Coordinate construction projects to ensure timely and cost-effective completion
- Completed engineering degree in the construction field or relevant experience as a structural engineer or building specialist
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of planning services according to the HOAI for renovation and maintenance projects (service phases 1-6)
- Ideal candidate will possess a driver's license and own car
