Ochs GmbH, a reputable family-owned company specializing in timber construction, is seeking a skilled Structural Engineer to join their team. As a Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing the stability of residential, commercial, and industrial buildings, as well as developing construction proposals to ensure usability and safety standards. You will collaborate with architects, engineering firms, and developers with in-house construction departments.

- Work in the area of statics of residential, commercial, and industrial buildings
- Inspect constructions for their load-bearing capacity and develop construction proposals
- Collaborate with architects, engineering firms, and developers to ensure project success
- Coordinate construction projects and ensure their economic implementation
- Completed engineering degree in the construction field or relevant experience as a structural engineer
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of planning services according to the HOAI for renovation and maintenance projects (service phases 1-6)
- Ideally possess a driver's license and own car for business use
