**Anforderungen**:

- Hochschulstudium in einem relevanten Studiengang, z.B. Ingenieurswesen, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Nachhaltigkeit, oder ähnliche
- Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich ESG im Konzernumfeld mit einem internationalen Fokus
- Erfahrung mit globalen ESG-Berichtsstandards (GRI, SASB, CDP, usw.)
- Sehr gute schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikation, insbesondere mit der Fähigkeit komplexe Fragen und Sachverhalte zu klären und zu vereinfachen
- Erfahrung in der Analyse von Risikoszenarien für den Klimawandel
- Effiziente Projektmanagementskills und die Fähigkeit mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig zu betreuen
- Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit leitenden Angestellten
- Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung von Kommunikation für multinationale Zielgruppen
- Selbstständige und gleichzeitig kooperative Arbeitsweise, sowie die Fähigkeit Empfehlungen auszusprechen

**Aufgaben**:
Als** Associate Director ESG Management (m/w/d)** sind Sie verantwortlich für:

- Erarbeitung der ESG-Strategie und entsprechender Kennzahlen und Ziele in Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
- Bereitstellung technischer und strategischer Leitlinien für die ESG-Strategie
- Einrichtung eines Governance-Prozesses für die Überwachung des ESG-Programms in Zusammenarbeit mit der Führungsebene
- Jährliche Erstellung des Nachhaltigkeitsberichts
- Leitung der EU-CSRD-Vorbereitung und Umsetzung in Zusammenarbeit mit der Rechts
- und Finanzabteilung, sowie anderen funktionsübergreifenden Teams
- Zusammenarbeit mit den Kommunikations
- und Marketingteams bei der Entwicklung strategischer ESG- und nachhaltigkeitsbezogener Führung
- Verwaltung eines Standardprozesses zur Überwachung der Unternehmensleistung in relevanten ESG-Rankings sowie zur regelmäßigen Ermittlung von Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten
