**Unsere gemeinsame Herausforderung**:
Als Salesforce Solution Architect unterstützt Du das Team mit dem Ziel die unternehmensweite IT-Prozesslandschaft (Fokus Salesforce) zu betreuen und voranzubringen.
- Konstante Weiterentwicklung der Salesforce Anforderungen aus den Geschäftsprozessen in Abstimmung mit Fachabteilungen und Management
- Konzipierung und Gestaltung der Prozesse in Salesforce optimal für die unternehmensindividuellen Bedürfnisse, z.B. mit Flows
- Bereichsübergreifende Kommunikation mit externen Partnern und Dienstleistern inkl. der zielgruppengerechten Vermittlung von komplexen Sachverhalten
- Interner Support und Analyse von Störungen und Problemen in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen, IT-Betrieb und externen Partnern
- Monitoring der Salesforce-Applikation zur Sicherstellung der Funktionalität aller Geschäftsprozesse sowie Fehlerprävention
- Ganzheitliches User Management: Anlegen und Bearbeiten von Benutzern, Berechtigungssätzen und Lizenzen
- Pflege der Systemdokumentation

**Gewünschtes Profil**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts)-nformatik oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften (Schwerpunkt IT) oder vergleichbare Ausbildung / Qualifikation mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung
- Analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten, eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Organisationsgeschick und Teamgeist
- Erfahrung in der Spezifikation von Software-Anforderungen
- Praktische Erfahrung in der Administration von Salesforce
- Zertifizierung bspw. als Salesforce-Administrator* von Vorteil
- Erfahrung als Product Owner und/oder Entwicklung von Vorteil
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
