Working Student/intern: HR Servicenow Projects

**Teamwork is dreamwork**: You support the multidisciplinary team in a global HR transformation project to harmonize, digitalize and implement end-2-end processes in ServiceNow
- **Holistic overview**: You play a role in all phases of the project, right from design, implementation to testing, enablement, and hypercare
- **Shape the future**: You focus on improving the employee experience during the design phase, testing of system solutions, and experiencing the final rollout at the customer's site
- **Take responsibility**: You are taking over your own workpages and are e.g. responsible for creating appealing PowerPoint presentations, developing project-related concepts, and preparing workshops, review, testing or enablement sessions
- **Being strong together**: You support the project management taks, as well as assist in related communication, change and stakeholder management
- **Study field**: You are currently studying Economics, Social sciences or Business Information or similar field of study
- **Work experience**: You have already gained your first experience in consulting and project management or have initial experience in digital transformation or HR processes from previous internships. It would be desirable for you to have a basic understanding of agile working and project management tasks
- **Skills**: You have very good PowerPoint and Excel skills
- **Interests**: You are interested in HR processes, change management, and technical implementations
- **Way of working**: You possess a high level of analytical competence and have a structured and independent way of working. You are highly reliable and have a great team spirit, making you a good personal fit for a dynamic, open-minded, and hands-on oriented team
- **Language skills**: You have excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
- CV in English
- Certificate of enrollment at university
- Latest grades transcript (not older than 6 months)
- High school report

Important information:

- **Working part-time**: The focus is on studies. Therefore, working student is possible during the lecture period with a maximum of 20 hours per week.
- **Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome**: You must be enrolled and the examination results or modules of your studies must not have been completed yet, so that you can still work in our team for at least 6 months. You must also not be in a semester of leave.
- **You should live close to the site**: It is important for us to work with you on site and to integrate you into the team. You should therefore be able to come to the site regularly.

In our headquarters in Neubiberg near Munich, more than 6000 employees are working in research & development, several central functions, IT and many more.
