In Ihrer Funktion sind Sie verantwortlich für die Entwicklung & Umsetzung der medizinisch-wissenschaftlichen Strategie für den Indikationsbereich Lungenkarzinom & gastrointestinaler Karzinome. Inhaltlicher Fokus wird unsere ADC (Antibody-Drug-Conjugate) Pipeline sein, insbesondere Trastuzumab-Deruxtecan und Datopotamab-Deruxtecan sowie weitere ADC unserer Entwicklungspipeline. Sie berichten direkt an den Medical Director Oncology Germany.
**Ihr Aufgabenbereich**:
- Strategische & inhaltliche sowie Budgetverantwortung für alle medizinisch-wissenschaftlichen Aktivitäten im zugeordneten Therapiegebiet.
- Entwicklung sowie Sicherstellung der effektiven Implementierung des Medical Affairs Plans im zugeordneten Therapiegebiet. Sie steuern die operative Umsetzung in lokale Taktiken - abgestimmt auf die übergeordnete globale Strategie.
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung sowie Motivation und Entwicklung eines Teams bestehend aus Head of MSL und Medical Managern/ Advisoren.
- Durchführung regelmäßiger Feedbackgespräche; Identifikation von Entwicklungsfeldern und geeigneten Trainingsmaßnahmen.
- Verantwortung für die Anpassung & Entwicklung des Teams in Abhängigkeit der sich verändernden Portfolioanforderungen.
- Planung, Leitung und Durchführung von regelmäßigen Team-Meetings sowie x-funktionalen Meetings.
- Sicherstellung von optimalen x-funktionalen Synergien innerhalb Daiichi Sankyos sowie mit unseren externen Kooperationspartnern.
- Verantwortung der medizinisch-wissenschaftlichen Kommunikation & Information im Therapiegebiet.
- Verantwortung für die strategische Entwicklung und Durchführung von LCM Projekten und lokalen/ globalen medizinischen Studienprojekten (z.B. lokale klinische Studien, NIS, Register).
- Vertretung von Daiichi Sankyo gegenüber externen Stakeholdern (Kongresse, Fachgesellschaften, etc.) sowie Repräsentant:in der Daiichi Sankyo Deutschland GmbH in EU/ globalen Projekten.
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Corporate Governance sowie Legal & Compliance-Anforderungen für den zu verantwortenden Bereich.
**Fachliche Anforderungen**:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium; bevorzugt im medizinischen Bereich wie z.B. Humanmedizin, Pharmazie oder Humanbiologie.
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung (> 5 Jahre) in der pharmazeutischen Industrie oder im Life Science Umfeld im Bereich Medical Affairs erforderlich.
- Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung erforderlich.
- Weitreichende Onkologie Kenntnisse notwendig (vorzugsweise Lungenkarzinom und/ oder gastrointestinale Karzinome) sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse des Marktes und des wissenschaftlichen Umfeldes.
- Erfahrung von Mitarbeiterführung in einem "hybriden Setting" wünschenswert.
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit wissenschaftlichen Studien (Interventionell/ Nicht-interventionell, IIS, Early Access Programm) und Projekten einschließlich der relevanten nationalen Regularien.
- Erfahrung in Planungsprozessen (Finanz-/ Projekt-/ Brandplan).
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englisch
- sowie MS-Office Kenntnisse.
