**Trainee Key Account Management (KAM) & Private Banking (m/w/d)**
**Ihre Aufgaben**:
- Sie unterstützen sowohl das KAM Team als auch die Private Banking Berater*innen bei der Kundenbetreuung und bearbeiten anfallende Geschäftsvorfälle in allen Finanzangelegenheiten, wie z. B. Erstellung von Angeboten, eigenständige Erledigung diverser Korrespondenzen, Eröffnung und Bearbeitung von Konten und Depots
- Wahrnehmung von Kundenterminen gemeinsam mit unseren Berater*innen sowie die schrittweise Begleitung zur eigenständigen Beratung von Private Banking Kunden
- Kundeninformationen werden von Ihnen eigenverantwortlich vor
- und nachbereitet sowie ordnungsgemäß dokumentiert
- Sie unterstützen bei der Erstellung von individuellen Anlage
- und Finanzstrategien
- Aktiv und engagiert sprechen Sie unsere Kunden aus Eigeninitiative an, vereinbaren Termine und nehmen bei Bedarf die Kunden vor Ort in Empfang
- Sie gestalten mit bei der Umsetzung neuer Themen und Projekte, wie z. B. Digitalisierung und unterstützen aktiv den Vertrieb Sie arbeiten partnerschaftlich und erfolgreich mit unseren hausinternen Spezialisten und Verbundpartnern zusammen und begleiten die gemeinsame Kundenreise**Ihre Qualifikationen, die uns begeistern**:
- Sie haben eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Bankausbildung und konnten bereits erste Erfahrungen im Vertrieb sammeln
- Sie bringen Verhandlungsgeschick (persönlich, telefonisch und digital) mit
- Sie haben ein hohes Verständnis und viel Begeisterung für wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge und für das Wertpapier
- und Finanzmarktgeschäft und es macht Ihnen Freude unternehmerisch zu handeln und zu denken
