Job Overview:

As a Chemical Laboratory Technician specializing in Quality Control, you will play a vital role in ensuring the integrity and safety of our products at Luye Pharma AG. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining the highest standards in our laboratory operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sample Collection: Gather samples for comprehensive analysis.
  • Raw Material Inspections: Conduct thorough release inspections on incoming materials.
  • Analytical Work: Execute, document, and assess analytical tasks in compliance with GMP regulations.
  • Data Verification: Ensure the plausibility, completeness, and accuracy of raw data documentation.
  • Method Transfers: Engage in and support the transfer and validation of analytical methods.
  • Training: Facilitate training sessions for team members.
  • Procedure Development: Create testing procedures, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Laboratory Investigations: Conduct investigations related to out-of-specification results, corrective actions, deviations, and complaints.
  • Sample Management: Oversee the management and storage of retention samples.
  • Audit Support: Assist the QC Manager during audits and inspections.
  • Equipment Monitoring: Responsible for the qualification and monitoring of assigned laboratory equipment.
  • Quality Analysis: Analyze standard materials to ensure quality control.

  • Technical Releases: Perform technical release assessments.
