About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Facility Manager to join our team at Dorfner GmbH & Co. KG.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to cleaning standards in assigned facilities
  • Plan and coordinate staff deployment, ensuring quality control through regular inspections
  • Lead and motivate team members to achieve exceptional results
  • Organize and manage daily operations, including staff supervision and training
  • Recruit new staff and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning processes and procedures
Requirements
  • Completed education in facilities management or a related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in facilities management or a related field
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license
