**Lead Programmatic (M/F/div)**
For our office in Berlin, we are looking for a Lead Programmatic (M/F/div) who is characterised by a high degree of openness and empathy and who is passionate about passing on his or her passion for Programmatic Media Buying to his or her employees and leading his or her own team in addition to advising clients.
As Lead Programmatic (M/F/div) you will be responsible for the development and subsequent professional and disciplinary management of a team of up to 6 people. Your focus will be on the development of your team as well as our processes and service portfolio in the area of Programmatic.
Your team is part of our Paid Media Unit where you, together with your colleagues from the Paid Social and SEA departments, plan and manage holistic full-funnel campaigns. You will also be supported by your colleagues from our Strategy, Creative and Data teams.
You understand the business goals of our clients and partners, translate these into suitable measures and are able to quickly identify and place new opportunities. Your many years of programmatic expertise will help you to do this, as you are very confident in dealing with your contacts and can present your recommendations in a way that is appropriate for the target group. You are always close to the market and enthusiastically share established and new knowledge internally and externally.

**YOU**
- Have many years of operational experience in (media) agencies or a similar environment and now want to gain leadership experience
- Have a deep understanding of campaign and ad tech setups (DMPs, DSPs, SSPs, Audiences, Tracking etc.) especially for the Google tech stack
- Keep an eye on content and technical market developments in channels such as DOOH, audio or addressable TV
- Want to actively shape our service portfolio and our processes in the area of Programmatic Buying.
- Support close cooperation and exchange with other departments, in the department network at client level and as a professional sparring partner
- Create development plans for individual employees in cooperation with P&C
- Conduct interviews and onboarding of new employees
- Enrich our team with a high degree of commitment and personal responsibility and distinguish yourself through your quality standards
- Have a self-confident, competent and empathetic manner with which you manage to convince colleagues and clients of your ideas.
- Have a very good command of German and English in order to maintain a lively exchange with our international colleagues.
