**Ihre Aufgaben als Regulatory Site Officer (m/w/d)**:

- Bearbeitung, Pflege, Review und Ablage von Einträgen und Dokumenten in Vorbereitung einer Datenmigration
- Bearbeitung, Erstellung und Review von Standardarbeitsanweisungen (SOPs)
- Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung von übergreifenden Notifications zur Bereinigung von Daten
- Erstellen von Übersichten oder Projektplänen
- Überprüfung von migrierten Dokumenten
- Unterstützung bei Erstellung, Organisation und Durchführung von Schulungen oder Informationen für GMP-relevante Systeme
- Allgemeine Unterstützung bei regulatorischen Tätigkeiten bzw. Qualitätsmanagement
- Tätigkeiten

**Ihr Profil**:

- Apotheker (m/w/d) oder Masterabschluss in einem Wissenschafts
- oder Gesundheitsbereich (z. B. Chemie, Pharmazie, Biologie, Biotechnologie etc.)
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse des Dokumentenmanagements im GMP-Umfeld
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Standard-Office-Anwendungen
- Fähigkeit zur Teamarbeit, gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit (präzise Ausdrucksweise)
- Selbständiges, systematisches und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten nach geltenden GMP-Anforderungen
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Gute analytische Fähigkeiten (Transferdenken) zur Lösung komplexer Fragestellungen
- Positive, aufgeschlossene Persönlichkeit mit hoher Zuverlässigkeit
- Bereitschaft zur persönlichen Weiterentwicklung
