**Ihre Aufgaben**
- Erste Anlaufstelle im Unternehmen für das Thema

Datenschutz
- Betreuung von lokalen und internationalen Projekten

mit Schwerpunkt Datenschutz und IT
- Operationalisierung der Datenschutzstrategie und

neuer regulatorischer Anforderungen in lokale

Roadmap
- Eigenverantwortliche Beratung und Bewertung von

Datenschutzrisiken im Tagesgeschäft (z.B. in Form der

Datenschutz-Folgenabschätzung)
- Selbständige Überwachung und Koordinierung der

Umsetzung einschlägiger Datenschutzanforderungen

in Zusammenarbeit mit den Datenschutz
- Multiplikatoren
- Aufbau eines Datenschutz-Netzwerks in allen

relevanten Abteilungen
- Datenschutzgerechte Gestaltung und

Weiterentwicklung von aktuellen und zukünftigen

Methoden und Tools
- Verfassen und Verwalten von Verfahren, Anleitungen

und Arbeitsanweisungen
- Schulungen relevanter Mitarbeitergruppen
- Bearbeitung von Anfragen im Rahmen von

Betroffenenrechten
- Pflege von Datenschutzinformationen
- Pflege des Verzeichnisses für Verarbeitungstätigkeiten
- Kontinuierliche Messung und Überwachung der

unternehmensinternen Datenschutzeffizienz

**Ihr Profil**
- Abgeschlossenes rechts
- oder

wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Hochschulstudium oder

vergleichbare Ausbildung in der Finanzindustrie mit

entsprechenden Marktkenntnissen
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Datenschutz
- Kenntnisse der regulatorischen Anforderungen

(insbesondere DSGVO, BDSG)
- Freude an der Konzeption und Umsetzung von

Bankprozessen
- Erfahrungen in der Projektarbeit, idealerweise auch im

internationalen Kontext
- Hohe Belastbarkeit und schnelle Auffassungsgabe
- Hohes Maß an Integrität und Kundenorientierung
- Lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten im Team
