We are searching for a highly motivated and experienced Global Talent Solutions Expert to join our team at Munich Re. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving talent management initiatives across our global organization. Working in close collaboration with internal business leaders and HR teams worldwide, you will identify and support top talents, implement effective succession planning frameworks, and contribute to the development of a diverse and high-performing global workforce. This position calls for strategic thinking, adept stakeholder management, strong interpersonal skills, and a genuine passion for talent development within a global context.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead talent review processes, working closely with senior leadership and regional HR teams to identify top talents, assess their strengths, development areas, and readiness for advancement.
- Implement robust succession planning frameworks that prioritize DEI principles and strategic workforce planning goals, ensuring a diverse and inclusive talent pipeline for critical roles.
- Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams worldwide to align talent acquisition strategies with global succession plans, addressing critical talent gaps.
- Develop a talent mobility strategy to facilitate global internal moves and job rotations, maximizing talent utilization, fostering cross-cultural collaboration, and supporting employee growth and engagement.
- Act as a talent broker, bridging the gap between employees and hiring managers, matching employees' skills, interests, and career goals with suitable internal opportunities.
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify talent trends and patterns, generating valuable data insights.
- Drive the implementation of career development frameworks that promote equitable opportunities, engage employees globally, and build talent pipelines.
- Stay informed about global industry trends, emerging practices, and technologies in talent management to continuously enhance service offerings and provide innovative solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Several years of experience in talent management, talent development, or related roles, preferably within a global or multinational organization.
- Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to align talent management initiatives with overall business objectives and long-term workforce planning.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal business leaders, senior executives, and HR teams worldwide.
- Demonstrated experience in talent assessment, including leading talent review processes, conducting data analysis, and implementing robust succession planning frameworks to identify and develop top talent.
- Solid understanding of talent mobility strategies and the ability to act as a talent broker.
- Knowledge and experience in integrating DEI principles into talent management strategies.
- Experience in implementing career paths and development frameworks that promote equitable opportunities and engage employees at all levels.
- Passion for talent development, continuous learning, and staying up-to-date with innovative solutions in the field of talent.
- Excellent project management, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Fluent in English
