Vor gerade einmal fünf Jahren am Markt gestartet, sind wir inzwischen einer der führenden Anbieter cloudbasierter Softwarelösungen im Bereich der Elektromobilität. Im In
- und Ausland betreuen wir zahlreiche namhafte Kunden, für die wir unsere Software-as-a-Service-Lösung ständig weiterentwickeln. Unser modular aufgebautes System eignet sich für den Betrieb sämtlicher Ladestationstypen, integriert eichrechtskonforme Abrechnung, flexible Zahlungsmöglichkeiten, Endkunden-Verwaltung, Monitoring und e-Roaming.

Wie unser Backend ist auch unsere App ein WhiteLabel-Produkt und mehrmandantenfähig, sodass diese in über 100 verschiedenen Varianten im Web und App-Stores verfügbar ist. Ein Großteil der E-Auto-Fahrer in Deutschland hat eine unserer B2C-Apps auf seinem Smartphone. Ergänzt wird das Angebot durch eine B2B-App für kleinere Gewerbepartner.

Unser Anspruch ist es, weiter zu wachsen und dabei Lösungen stets deutlich oberhalb des Standards anzubieten. Dafür brauchen wir kreative Teamplayer, die nicht bloß tun, was man ihnen sagt, sondern wissen, was zu tun ist - dafür brauchen wir dich.

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Aufbau und Gesamtleitung des operativen HR-Teams
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Führungskräften und den Geschäftsbereichen, um die Personalstrategie an die Unternehmensziele anzupassen
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von People-Strategien, insbesondere zur Internationalisierung
- Verantwortung für das gesamte Employer Branding und Hochschulmarketing
- Förderung eines positiven Arbeitsklimas, Innovation und Unterstützung von Transformation

**Das bist du**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium im HR-Bereich, Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Schwerpunkt Personal oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du hast mindestens 4 Jahre relevante Praxiserfahrung in leitender Funktion idealerweise in einem stark wachsenden (Startup-) Umfeld
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations
- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
- Verantwortung zu übernehmen ist deine Stärke, insbesondere wenn es darum geht, strukturierte und skalierbare Prozesse zu entwickeln und umzusetzen
- Du kannst sowohl delegieren als auch selbst anpacken, um unser Wachstum weiter voranzutreiben
