Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen **Event Coordinator (m/w/d)** in Vollzeit.
**So sieht Dein Tag aus**:
- Bearbeitung von Anfragen für Veranstaltungen und Gruppenbuchungen
- Hausführungen und Verkaufsgespräche
- Angebots
- und Vertragserstellung
- Erstellung von Function Sheets
- Planung von Events
- Beratung und Betreuung unserer Gäste, während und nach der Veranstaltung
- Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Veranstaltungen
- Koordination und Kommunikation mit unseren operativen und administrativen Abteilungen
- Erstellung von Depositrechnungen und Rechnungsabschlusskontrolle
**Das wünschen wir uns von Dir**:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Hotellerie und erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Events von Vorteil jedoch kein Muss
- Sicherer Umgang mit dem Computer und Vorkenntnisse mit dem Buchungssystem OPERA wünschenswert
- Verkaufs
- und Organisationstalent
- Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Herzlichkeit und sicheres Auftreten
- Gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
