At Avantgarde Experts, we're seeking a skilled Event Coordinator to join our team and drive the success of our marketing and communications initiatives. As an Event Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in aligning events and experience programs with our company's overall strategy and guidelines.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute event briefings in collaboration with our senior team to bring stakeholders' visions to life.
  • Manage and oversee events from planning to successful execution, ensuring adherence to budget and timeline.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure event success.
  • Oversee the comprehensive management of event budgets throughout the entire event process.
  • Set and identify performance metrics to measure event success.

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, public relations, humanities, performing arts, or a related field.
  • Professional experience in business-to-business, business-to-consumer, enterprise technology, digital, or experiential/event marketing.
  • Proven experience with virtual event platforms (Microsoft Teams, Event Builder, LinkedIn Live).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in maintaining and building business relationships.
  • Experience in the technology and/or advertising industry, as well as in broadcasting, is an advantage.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage.
