Als Compensation-Manager spielst Du eine entscheidende Rolle in unserer Erfolgsgeschichte, indem Du das People-Management in allen Compensation-Fragen tatkräftig unterstützt. Du wirst als Sparringspartner für das Senior-Management, die Finanz
- sowie IT-Abteilung agieren und die zukünftige Compensation Strategy von McMakler mitgestalten. Du schreckst nicht davor zurück, Projekte von Anfang bis Ende zu steuern, sowie eng mit anderen Fachabteilungen an der Lösung von Herausforderungen zu arbeiten.

**Was wir erwarten**
- **Akademischer Background**:Du hast ein Bachelorstudium erfolgreich abgeschlossen, idealerweise im Bereich BWL, Personalwesen oder in einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
- **Berufserfahrung**:Du hast mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung, überwiegend im Bereich Compensation, Buchhaltung oder Financial Planning gesammelt.
- **Zahlenaffinität**:Mit Deinem ausgeprägten Zahlenverständnis und Deinen herausragenden analytischen Fähigkeiten verfügst Du über eine solide Grundlage, um im Bereich Compensation als versierter Experte erfolgreich zu agieren.
- **Souveränes Auftreten**:Mit Deinem selbstbewussten und überzeugenden Auftreten, auch auf Führungsebene, bist Du in der Lage, komplexe Themen klar und präzise zu präsentieren und andere von Deinen Ideen zu begeistern.
- **Sprachkenntnisse**: Du sprichst Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau, sowie verhandlungssicheres Englisch.
