Due to our constant growth, we are looking for an **Administrative Specialist **to join our global Administrative team in **Holzkirchen (Bavaria).**
**You will be responsible for**:
- **Coordinate General Administrative Tasks**: Manage day-to-day office functions and ensure smooth operations.
- **Handle Financial Communication**: Interact with local banks to prepare accurate monthly cash flow forecasts.
- **Collaborate with Accounting**: Forward essential documents for precise accounting and timely payroll processing.
- **Engage with International Clients**: Facilitate communication and maintain professional relationships with clients worldwide.
- **Manage Invoicing**: Oversee the invoicing process, track outstanding items, and ensure accurate billing.
- **Verify Invoices**: Conduct thorough checks to validate invoices and resolve discrepancies.
- **Oversee Office Management**: Maintain office supplies, manage facilities, and support a productive work environment.
- **Assist Local Managers**: Provide administrative support to local managers to streamline their workflows.
**About you**:
- Matura/Abi or Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Human Relations or related field
- **+6 months** of experience as **HR Admin/Accountant**:
- Excellent written and communication skills (**English and German Languages**)
- **Proficient with Microsoft Office** (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong interpersonal, organizational and intercultural skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, follow and interpret compliance laws and regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines under pressure
- Teamwork skills
**Location**
- Holzkirchen, Bavaria (DE)
- 70% on site (Holzkirchen), 30% remote working
