**THE ROLE & THE TEAM**:
As **Lead Content Management (all genders) in Customer Care**, you will lead a team of + 10 people of Content Management Experts and (Junior) Content Managers. Your primary responsibilities will include structuring and prioritising the work of your team, as well as providing support to other Zalando Teams in regards to the continuous improvement of Customer communication. You will work on the strategic direction of the team as well as defining, prioritising and assigning the most relevant initiatives based on thorough analysis and written argumentation.

- Lead, coach and mentor the Content Management Team to ensure high quality content and deliverables as well as support the professional development of your team members.
- Provide ongoing coaching to help your team develop their skills and achieve their full potential in their role to ensure coherent, consistent and customer friendly content which is up to date in the fast-changing business environment.
- Outline strategic direction of the team defining the right initiatives and priorities based on solid analysis and observation and written concept papers.
- Establish and strengthen close relationships with relevant stakeholders to ensure that new products, services and relevant information across Zalando are being spread with Customer Care and communicated to the Customer.

- Profound Leadership experience and min. 5 years of experience in project management, designing and driving global strategic initiatives (ideally in Customer Care).
- You are passionate about customer obsession, innovation and creative ways of working.
- You are able to thrive in a dynamic, challenging, fast-changing work environment.
- You have excellent communication skills in written and spoken English (German is a plus).
- You have strong organisational skills and the ability to identify and coordinate development measures and process improvement.
- You have a strong analytics mindset, with the ability to analyze data, identify patterns and trends, and use data to inform decision-making.
