Team Lead Content Marketing

**Your role**:
As Circula´s Team Lead Content Marketing, you’ll be responsible for Demand Generation, Organic Growth efforts and Thought Leader positioning in our 3 markets: Germany, Spain & the Netherlands.
You’ll be responsible for leading and managing the content marketing team, freelancers and agencies as well as strategy & content creation, performance monitoring and establishing best practices for AORs in each of these different activities.
What you'll do:
- Leadership and management of the content team (social media, SEO, website, PR)
- Responsibility for the content marketing performance, brand management and control of all activities and projects to increase leads, brand awareness and customer loyalty through organic growth
- Strong focus on content strategy, conception and project management as well as ensuring the brand's CI and CD in coordination with the design team
- Creation of attention-grabbing campaigns to generate awareness and reach
- Monitoring the creation of target group and campaign-specific content and layout concepts
- Development of the brand, positioning and communication strategy in coordination with the VP Marketing & Product Marketing Team Lead
**Your Qualifications**:
- You have already gained at least 4+ years of relevant professional experience in the field of content marketing and/or Demand Generation, ideally having gained some people management experience
- You have experience in the execution of content marketing campaigns as well as in the coordination of project teams (planning, execution and evaluation), ideally in an agency context
- You are experienced in using tools like Google Analytics, Sistrix, Ahrefs and SemRush as well as the usual office programs, and skilled in using project management tools such as Asana, Jira or Trello
- You proactively recognize trends for new content marketing standards and continuously expand your knowledge
- You have excellent English language skills (C2 or native level), German is a plus
- Extensive experience in defining and measuring content related KPIs are the cherry on top
